What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and grade. Most catalog actives start between 100 g and 1 kg; research peptides start at 5–10 mg. The exact MOQ is confirmed with your quotation, and smaller trial quantities are possible for first orders.
Can I receive a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples are available for most catalog items and are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Sample and freight costs are quoted separately and can be credited against your first commercial order.
Which documents accompany a shipment?
A batch-specific certificate of analysis, HPLC chromatogram, LC–MS identity data where applicable, specification sheet, safety data sheet and packing list. Additional documents — certificate of origin, non-GMO statement, allergen statement — can be arranged on request.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Bank transfer is standard, with other terms available for approved accounts. Shipments are quoted FOB, CIF or DDP depending on destination. Air freight is used for smaller and temperature-sensitive consignments; sea freight for larger volumes.
Do you support custom synthesis and private label?
Yes. Custom peptide synthesis starts at 5 mg, with modifications such as acetylation, amidation, biotinylation and fluorescent labelling. We also handle fermentation process development and OEM filling, labelling and cartoning under your brand.
Are these products for human consumption?
No. Products are supplied for laboratory research and further manufacturing use only. They are not medicines, foods or finished cosmetic products, and our customers are responsible for regulatory compliance in their own market.
